The new 55 metre motor yacht Alida has been sold with Barin Cardenas at The New Yachts Company introducing the buyer.

Currently being completed in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen Yachts to a design by Omega Architects, Alida is scheduled to launch in summer 2017 as a fast displacement model. A minimalist interior in open-grain bleached oak features a neutral colour palette in shades of cream and brown. Her accommodation offers an impressive 250 square meters of luxury space for 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.

Alida was asking €37 million

Omega has put a priority on indoor-outdoor living on its design for Alida, and the yacht features glass inserts in the bulwarks and 180-degree floor to ceiling windows in the 102 square metre skylounge so full views can be enjoyed from anywhere on board.

Outside spaces are generous as well, with a 110 square metre sun deck while tenders will be launched from the foredeck, leaving the aft free for the beach club. She will have a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots, or cruise at 15 knots powered by Twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 diesel engines.

Alida was asking €37 million.
