A new 61.87 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht has been sold with the buyer introduced by Camper & Nicholsons International.
Currently under construction in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Sanlorenzo to a design by Officina Italiana Design and Lloyds classed, the yacht is scheduled for delivery in 2021 as the second hull in the yard’s 62 Steel series.
She comes with three interior layout options and two top deck profiles to choose from - one offering a fully enclosed top deck with wheelhouse, thus creating a private owner’s deck below, and the other a more conventional arrangement, with an open sun deck and an enclosable veranda under the mast.
An array of desirable lifestyle features include a Jacuzzi plunge pool on the sun deck, a swimming pool on the main deck, a full beach club and spa, large tender garages, a cinema and state-of-the-art entertainment system, and a helipad on the bow. Her twin 2,375hp MTU diesel engines can achieve a cruising speed of 15 knots, topping out at 17 knots.
Sanlorenzo’s range currently includes 14 models in three lines spanning the SL line of planing fibreglass yachts to the SD line of semi-displacement fibreglass yachts to the Superyacht line. The 62 Steel falls into the latter, sitting well at the top of the range that includes the 40 Alloy, 42 Explorer and 46 Steel.
The asking price of the Sanlorenzo 62 Steel has been withheld.
