The 28 metre motor yacht Grace, listed for sale by Burgess, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Futura Yacht.
Designed by Rene Van Der Velden, Grace was built in aluminium by Dutch yard Moonen to Bureau Veritas class and delivered in 2007 as a Moonen 94 model. A thorough interior refit in 2017 saw her receive new flooring, upholstery and upgraded audio/visual equipment as well as successfully completing her 10-year survey.
Accommodation is for seven guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, a twin and a single cabin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. The interior, by Art-Line, gives her a chic ‘beach club’ ambience.
A generous main saloon has a lounge area with comfortable seating, panoramic windows and an entertainment centre including a satellite television screen while her galley forward can be closed off with an electrically operated panel.
The exterior offers several areas for outdoor entertainment, including the aft deck with built in upholstered seating, and an expansive flybridge with a bar, gourmet grill and fridge.
Twin Caterpillar C32 Acer 1,150hp diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 2,500 nautical miles at 11 knots.
Grace was asking €3,950,000 with VAT paid.
