So, just how many brokers does it take to sell a 52m Benetti? Five, in the case of the just-completed _Midlandia _transaction. Merle Wood and Peter Croke of Merle Wood & Associates and Chris Cecil-Wright of Edmiston & Company were joint central agents for her sale, while Peter Thompson of Ocean Independence and John Cohen, again of Merle Wood & Associates, introduced the buyer. Launched in 2001, _Midlandia _accommodates 12 guests in a master, VIP, two doubles and two twins and her full displacement hull cruises at 15 knots. Now renamed Quantum of  Solace, which should tell you all you need to know about the new owner, she was asking €19.95 million.
