News from BYS now that Julien Elfenbein has closed on his listing for sale, the aluminium 31.09m motor yacht Liquidity with the buyer represented by Luxury Yacht Group.
Designed by Jon Bannenberg, Liquidity was built by Broward and delivered in 1984 with a refit in 2005. The aft deck is a large, popular space to relax or entertain, fitted with built in bench seating, a dining table, chairs and loungers. In the saloon, dining for eight is at a varnished round table which is across from a full wet bar with a sink, fridge, ice maker and excellent storage. The main saloon is next forward, brilliantly lit by the panoramic windows. The area is comfortably furnished and has a large television and entertainment centre.
Accommodation is for eight guests in a four stateroom layout. The master suite is just aft of amidships with a king size bed, large dresser and a 42 inch television while the VIP stateroom is forward on the main deck and has large sliding picture windows for plenty of light and fresh air. Two twins aft to port and starboard complete the accommodation and all staterooms have en suite facilities.
Twin 825hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots. Liquidity was asking $595,000.
