The 31 metre Kaiserwerft motor yacht, listed for sale by Rytis Babravicius at Ocean Independence, has seen a price drop of €800,000.
Built in composite by Kaiserwerft to RINA class and delivered in 2004 as a Baron 31 model, she has exterior styling by Frank Mulder and an interior designed by Michael Kirchstein. Formerly named Perfect Harmony, she accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. These consist of a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins, all with en suite facilities.
The yacht's spacious living areas feature the use of harmonious interior design and aesthetically pleasing woods and marbles. A main saloon boasts rounded sofas and seating opposite windows and a coffee table.
Stairs lead up to a bar, just a sliding glass door away from an al fresco dining area on the yacht's aft deck. A formal dining area is located aft of the main deck master suite, with further large windows port and starboard.
Assertive, sweeping lines are balanced with an inviting interior that reflects a contemporary yet refined feel, making form, function and comfort the hallmarks of her design.
Her top speed is 26 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 550 nautical miles at 23 knots with power coming from two 2,000hp MTU 16V2000M91 diesel engines.
