The 31-metre motor yacht Sub Zero has been sold with Spiros Andrikopoulos of Attica Yachts representing the seller and the buying broker wishing to remain anonymous.
Built by Italian yard Italcraft to a design by Gianluca Caputi, Sub Zero was delivered in 2007 as one of the yard’s Maxi Drago 105 series. The yacht was later refitted in 2021 with several technical and cosmetic upgrades made throughout.
Remi Tessier designed an interior in white and warm brown hues accommodating up to nine guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, a VIP suite, a double cabin and a twin with Pullman berths. All guest cabins come with entertainment centres, LED television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. Additional crew quarters sleep up to five.
The main saloon has a comfortable L-shaped sofa to starboard and an entertainment centre to port including a 42-inch Sony television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Further forward is the formal dining area.
On deck, she boasts a sunbathing area forward with large sun pads on the bow and an aft deck with seating and a table perfect for dining al fresco under the stars, or breakfast at anchor. Twin 2,400 hp MTU diesel engines power Sub Zero to a cruising speed of 32 knots and a top speed of 40 knots.
Sub Zero was asking €1,850,000.
