HMY sells Horizon luxury yacht Andrea V

That's 22 sales so far this year as I learn that Arthur Grin at HMY closed on his listing for sale, the 25m motor yacht Andrea V, with Jay Rhoades representing the buyer in an in-house deal.

Andrea V was built by Horizon Yachts and launched in 2007 and could be called a pocket superyacht for her range of features. A large teak aft deck has seating for eight and a flat screen television screen for al fresco entertainment while the saloon has teak and holly flooring, a wine cooler, L-shaped settee, bar, flat screen television and entertainment centre. Accommodation is for six guests in three staterooms. The master suite is full beam with a settee and walk in wardrobe while there is a VIP stateroom forward and a twin cabin to port. All staterooms have entertainment centres and full en suite bathroom facilities.

The flybridge has a custom hard top and can be fully enclosed for comfort with a wet bar, fridge, ice maker and seating. Twin 1,650hp Caterpillar engines give a cruising speed of 20 knots.

Andrea V was asking $2,450,000.
