The 49.6-metre Heesen motor yacht Sairu has been sold in-house by Arcon Yachts and renamed Julia.
Sairu joined the market last year but was delivered by Heesen in 2015. She features a steel and aluminium construction and was built to a design by Clifford Denn, marking the beginning of a fruitful partnership between the shipyard and the studio.
Her Art Deco interior is the work of Reymond Langton Design, characterised by rich Macassar ebony, accented with stainless steel and enhanced by stone mosaics, marble, intricate inlays and warming touches of backlit white onyx. At the heart of the vessel lies a bespoke chandelier extending over two decks framed by open-tread stairs.
Sairu offers accommodation for ten guests in five cabins: Four guest cabins can be found on the lower deck, while the owners' suite is located on the main deck.
As well as al fresco dining spaces Sairu also has a large beach club with a bar, hammam and fitness equipment. The yacht’s tender and water toys are stored in the forward part of the main deck.
Powered by twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 engines, she has a range of 4,000 nautical miles and a top speed of 15 knots.
The yacht will remain in the Arcon Yachts charter fleet under her new name.
Sairu was asking €28,500,000.
