Hoek Brokerage has found a buyer for the fourth aluminium hull in the 27.5 metre Truly Classic 90 sailing yacht series, already delivered to the buyer from subcontractor Bloemsma Aluminiumbouw.

Completion and outfitting of the new yacht will be undertaken by the new owner with a yard yet to be selected. What is known is that the design is by Hoek Design Naval Architects, the beam is six metres and she will have a 63 gross registered tonnage, including 18 tonnes of ballast, along with full classification.

The fourth hull in the Truly Classic series has been sold

Preliminary plans lay out accommodation for six guests and three crew, split across five en suite cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite aft, a VIP double to port and a bunk cabin to starboard. However, the layout could change over the next 18 months before delivery of the finished yacht. A 250hp Lugger diesel engine is projected to give her a cruising speed of nine knots and a top speed of 11 knots.

The Truly Classic series features elegant lines and luxurious outfitting, great cruising and regatta racing abilities and are popular on the charter circuit. The first three yachts in this series, all built by Claasen, include Kealoha, Atalante1 and Acadia.

The price and eventual name of  the Truly Classic  90 Hull No. 4 have not been revealed.
