The 41-metre sailing yacht Ocean Pure 2 has been sold with Maël Fiolet of Camper & Nicholsons and Bertrand Vogèle of NEXT Yachting both acting for the seller.

Built in GRP by Thailand’s Concorde Yachts, Ocean Pure 2 was delivered in 1992 to a design by Farr Yacht Design. She was built as a bluewater cruiser and joined the market following a multi-million-euro refit completed in 2019. Work included a full refurbishment of her engines and gearboxes, new generators and shafts, as well as an inspection and upgrade of her mast, rigging and sails.

Ocean Pure 2 was asking €4,400,000

Ocean Pure 2 is one of just a few sailing yachts in its size class that offers a five-cabin configuration. Within her 225GT, she can accommodate up to 11 guests and is well set up for charter with a master suite, a VIP suite, two double cabins and one guest double or twin cabin, all with ensuite bathrooms.

An interior helmstation provides 360-degree visibility and is mainly used for navigating in inclement weather or long passages. Down the stairs forward is a comfortable saloon to port with seating for up to eight guests.

She has a spacious aft deck sheltered by a Bimini top, perfect for al fresco dining, while a spacious interior library and television room offer a quiet retreat for relaxing in the evenings.

As part of her 2019 refit work, her interior and exterior decks were revamped with new furnishings, including new teak decking and chic black sails.

Under power, a 500hp Yanmar engine propels her to a top speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. Her range is 2,500 nautical miles at nine knots.

Ocean Pure 2  was asking €4,400,000.
