The 30.51 metre motor yacht Happiness has been listed for sale by 26 North Yachts.
Built in GRP by Chinese yard Cheoy Lee to a design by Michael C Burvenish, Happiness was delivered in 2007 with a full refit in 2018. An interior in raised panel mahogany by Lisa Pirofsky accommodates eight guests in four cabins comprising a full beam master suite, VIP suite and two doubles. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep four staff aboard this yacht for sale.
The saloon is richly finished in raised panel mahogany woods with sapele wood inlays. This area features a bar with an ice maker, refrigerator, and wine chiller to starboard. There is a large 50-inch television screen directly mounted in a cabinet aft of the bar for the saloon lounge which also offers a large U-shaped settee with a coffee table. Forward is a formal dining area with a round mahogany table and eight chairs. There is an abundance of storage in the side buffets to both port and starboard and a butler's pantry access is located to port, leading forward to the galley.
Sky lounge access is via a staircase from the entry foyer. The sky lounge has a raised observation seating area with a settee and table looking forward over the bow. Her top speed is 26.5 knots and her power comes from two 1,652hp Caterpillar C-32 diesel engines.
