The 28.65 metre motor yacht Real Escape, listed for sale by Alan Learch at SYS Solutions, has been sold with United Yacht Sales introducing the buyer.
Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, she was delivered in 1985 as a raised pilothouse model and has received continuous upgrades to all her systems ever since. Accommodation is for seven guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite, double and a twin plus a Pullman berth, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for three crew.
The spacious saloon has comfortable seating in the lounge area along with a walk-in wine cooler and an entertainment centre including a 40 inch flat screen television set and a stereo surround sound system, while forward is a dining area with seating for six guests.
A glass bulkhead separates the saloon from the enclosed aft deck, which is the centre of social life aboard, offering full air conditioning, U-shaped seating, a 32 inch flat screen television set and a built in wet bar, fridge and ice maker.
The flybridge features the helm position forward with the radar arch connected to the Bimini top, offering respite from the sun, while there is ample sunbathing space aft on large sun pads. Twin 875hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 15 knots.
Real Escape was asking $545,000.
