Sold in December 2009, the 30.5 metre motor yacht Cortina is back on the market, renamed My Lady and listed for sale by Michael Rafferty and Brendan Roney at IYC.
Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, My Lady was delivered in 2001 and refitted several times since. A classically-styled interior in cherry wood accommodates 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite, VIP suite, double and two twins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep four staff aboard this yacht for sale.
In the full-beam main saloon there is a dining area aft with seating for up to 10 guests at an extendable table and there are lacquered wood cabinets for storage of glassware, china and cutlery. Forward is comfortable seating in recently upholstered settees of soothing cream hues in front of a large curved Sony television.
The flybridge is ideally suited for al fresco relaxation, sporting a helm station forward, a dinette, seating with a fridge and ice maker, sun loungers and a Bimini top. Her top speed is 23 knots and her power comes from two 1,400hp Caterpillar 3412TA diesel engines.
Lying in Palm Beach, Florida, My Lady is asking $2,495,000.
