The 55.9-metre Benetti motor yacht Aelia has joined the market with Michel Chryssicopoulos and Richard Gray of IYC.
Built of steel and aluminium in Italy by Benetti in 2015, she underwent a €4,000,000 interior refit to designs by Studio Vafiadis, that was completed in 2024. The brokers said that she has an "impeccable charter record".
Accommodation is provided for a party of 12 guests in eight cabins, including two master cabins on the upper deck. An elevator serves all decks and the yacht for sale also boasts a massage room, gym and a cinema. There are quarters for a crew of 14.
Interior finishes are fairly neutral throughout and the brokers pointed out that she is "bathed in natural light" with "sophisticated design elements". The saloon is open plan with a large circular dining table forward of the seating area and a bar aft. A further circular dining table is found on the top deck's sky lounge.
Exterior deck spaces are expansive and on the aft part of the top deck is a glass-backed Jacuzzi pool for guests to relax in while watching the wake disappear at 17 knots. At rest, a transom hatch opens to form a beach club area where tenders and toys may be boarded and guests swim from.
Benetti-Lusben was responsible for the engineering and mechanical aspects of the extensive refit. The Lloyds-classed, MCA-compliant 988GT vessel is powered by twin MTU diesels, "with very low engine hours", giving her a cruising speed of 14 knots and top speed of 17 knots.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Aelia is asking €38,500,000.
