The 35.5 metre Azimut motor yacht Vivere, listed for sale by Wes Sanford and Sean Doyle at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Frank Brennan of MarineMax.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Azimut to a design by Stefano Righini, she was delivered in 2007 as a Grande 116 model. Up to 10 guests are accommodated in five well-appointed cabins. These comprise a main-deck master suite featuring a king-size bed, while on the lower deck are four additional cabins: two queens and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities to ensure all guests can rest comfortably onboard. There is also accommodation for five crewmembers.
In the main saloon, cherry and burl wood woodwork, elegant marble touches and impressive furnishings come together to create a welcoming atmosphere while forward is a formal dining area.
The flybridge is carefully laid out for ultimate guest comfort and entertainment, with a choice between enjoying the Jacuzzi spa tub, lounging on the sun pads or dining al fresco and taking in the passing views. Her top speed is 28 knots, her cruising speed is 25 knots, and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 1,300 nautical miles at 10 knots, with power coming from twin 2,400hp MTU diesel engines. For added comfort and safety she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
Vivere was asking $4,100,000.
