The 48.4 metre Arzana Navi sloop rig sailing yacht Nativa has seen a €500,000 price drop, listed for sale by Richard Gray and Tom Roberts at IYC.
Built in aluminium by Italian yard Arzana Navi to a design by Bill Tripp, Nativa was delivered in 2013. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins including a full beam master suite, two VIP suites and two twins with two Pullman berths each. All cabins are en suite and one of the twin cabins can double up as an optional gym. There is also accommodation for eight crew members on board.
Her sleek and modern superstructure features large expanses of glazed glass which floods the interiors with light, particularly in the main social hub of the saloon.
Outdoors, a spacious aft deck offers a hot tub and sunpads as well as al fresco dining for up to 10 guests.
When it comes to performance, Nativa boasts RINA Green Star certification and a powerful sail plan that can muster top speeds of 13 knots even in light winds. Under power, an 800hp MAN engine gives her a range of 2,400 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.
Nativa is now asking €7,500,000
