The 57.3 metre motor yacht Diamond A has been listed for sale by Merle Wood at Merle Wood & Associates.
Built in steel and aluminium by the venerable German yard Abeking & Rasmussen to Lloyds class and MCA coded, she was delivered in 1998 with a major refit in 2010. The refit saw all her audio/visual systems upgraded and a complete paint job on her hull and superstructure.
An interior styled by Donald Starkey and designed by Kirsten Kelli is eclectic and comfortable, accommodating up to 18 guests in nine cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck, a VIP suite on the upper deck with a Jacuzzi and steam shower, and six doubles below deck, all with en suite bathroom facilities. In addition there is a twin staff cabin and quarters for 16 crew.
The imposing main deck saloon of this yacht for sale has a range of large settees and armchairs and coffee tables plus a full entertainment centre including a flat screen television while forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests around a circular table.
