The 45 metre motor yacht Bella, listed for sale with Moran Yacht & Ship, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship to a design by De Voogt, she is Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant with delivery in 2008 as an F45 Vantage model. A major refit in 2014 included a new interior and a complete exterior repaint. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in six cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, VIP suite and four convertible cabins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for nine crew.
The main saloon has port and starboard settees upholstered in white fabric, a large coffee table, occasional chairs, a bar, ice maker and entertainment centre. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
The aft deck is spacious and has built in U-shaped upholstered seating, a table and wicker chairs for outdoor entertaining and dining. Up on the sundeck more al fresco relaxation is offered with sun pads, a spa pool, umbrellas, an ice maker and a fridge.
The skylounge comes with two settees, a low table, bar and entertainment centre, offering a welcome respite from a day out on the water toys.
Twin 1,055hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots, topping out at 15 knots, and she is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers. Bella has also recently completed her 10-year Lloyd's survey.
Bella was asking $19,950,000.
