A $300,000 price reduction has been announced for the 31.5-metre yacht Askari, listed with Bob Friscia and Chris Collins of Ocean Independence. She is one of the new FD100 Tri-Deck series by Horizon.
Askari was constructed in GRP with a fibreglass hull by the Taiwanese yard, featuring exterior lines by Cor D. Rover and interior design by PLK Design.
Boasting a classic white exterior profile, Askari is designed to be an “extended-range vessel with all the comforts of home,” according to her broker.
Where interiors are concerned, the yacht presents a suite of neutral tones, complemented by pops of colour and abstract patterns within the soft furnishings and scatter cushions on board. Her contemporary aesthetic is penned to provide a “beach house” feel for guests.
Accommodation is for 11 guests across five cabins, including a master suite located on the main deck and four additional cabins on the lower deck, with mirrored VIPs amidships and a double convertible twin forward.
The main saloon earned recognition as the “Best Saloon” at the International Design Et Al World Superyacht and Aviation Awards 2023. Situated forward of this is a dining area, with an open galley, able to comfortably seat up to eight guests. Open-plan entertaining spaces span across all decks, including a full beam sky lounge area.
The yacht has plenty of outdoor space, including a semi-enclosed skylounge, fitted with a bar and seating area, alongside a dining area and a large Jacuzzi.
Askari is tailored to suit active lifestyles, with dive gear and garage toy storage, as well as an oversized swim platform capable of stowing a large tender or multiple Jet Skis. Tender storage on the bow creates space on the bridge level aft and tri-deck for entertaining guests. Meanwhile, the yacht also features an auxiliary fuel tank for refuelling tenders from the transom garage.
The 208GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 1800hp Caterpillar diesel engines. She has a cruising speed of 16 knots.
Askari is now asking $11,200,000
