Luxury performance yacht builder Numarine has launched Numarine International, a new division dedicated to managing its worldwide marketing and international sales, and will be displaying its 78 Fly motor yacht at the Fort Lauderdale boat show.
The Turkish yacht builder's original owner, Omer Malaz, recently regained ownership of Numarine from a Dubai-based private equity firm with the intention of growing the brand globally. Malaz says, 'Our yachts have been extremely popular in the overseas marketplace, however, the key to our growth is to take our international business to the next level starting with the implementation of a worldwide marketing campaign focused on the facts, to inform buyers on what sets Numarine apart from our competitors.'
Numarine International's marketing plans include launching a new website that will share a behind-the-scenes look at its construction processes. 'Numarine are at the cutting edge of technology, design and manufacturing, so we are very open to share this information proudly,' Malaz says.
Yachting industry veteran Ian Birdsall has been brought on board as managing director of Numarine International. Birdsall says, 'As well as the re-brand and new website launch, our foremost objective is to get the physical product to the key international boat shows as we want to give potential buyers the opportunity to compare Numarine to the competition.' To meet this objective, Numarine will be exhibiting at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, displaying its 55 Fly and 78 Fly motor yachts.
The sporty, semi-custom 78 Fly motor yacht is designed for family cruising and offers multiples outdoor living areas, from the spacious flybridge to the bow settee. Numarine collaborates with yacht designers Tomasso Spadolini and Can Yalman on the styling of its yachts along with its in-house design team while structural engineering is by High Modulus.
