Italian shipyard Custom Line, a brand of Ferretti Group, has celebrated its sixth launch in less than two months today at its site in Ancona (December 20).
The yacht, which is part of the 37.1 metre Navetta 37 series, also marks the twentieth yacht of the year for the brand. She was christened Regina.
The yard’s impressive two-month run of launches began with a 28.4 metre Navetta 30 hitting the water in late October. Commissioned for a European owner, the yacht is the tenth unit in the series.
On November 10, the yard launched a 38.1 metre Custom Line 120, followed closely by a Navetta 33. The 33 metre motor yacht was named My Way and she was lowered onto the water with her American owners in attendance.
Two weeks later, the yard launched its latest 41.8 metre Navetta 42, named M Together. The yacht marks Custom Line’s largest displacement model, and was purchased by a European owner. Finally in December, a 32.7 metre Custom Line 106 model named My Mistake hit the water.
Four out of six of the launches came from Custom Line’s Navetta line, indicating the enduring popularity of the yard’s displacement series. In July of this year, Custom Line announced a new flagship for the Navetta series with the introduction of the Navetta 50.
Ferretti Group’s brands have presented a number of new models to the market in 2022, with the Pershing GTX116 unveiled during the Miami International Boat Show 2022 and the new wallywind series revealed in July.
The series of launches come after the Group reported a third consecutive quarter of double-digit top line growth in its latest financial report.
