Dutch studio Mulder Design has unveiled a 115-metre yacht concept known as White Coral. The project is several years in the making and marks a departure from Mulder's usual size range of up to 60 metres.
Her "seductive" exterior is characterised by a forward-leaning, pyramidic superstructure, a vertical mast and reverse fashion plates.
White Coral has "all the features you would expect from a dream yacht", including a fully certified helideck and hangar on the bow and a glass-bottomed swimming pool on the main deck. The sundeck is arranged with a Jacuzzi, sit-up bar and sunloungers, while the beach club measures 18 metres by eight metres and is equipped with opening hull doors that create sea terraces when opened.
"People know our smaller yachts and mid-size superyachts, but we also specialise in creating stunning exterior designs for larger superyachts," said Bas Mulder, owner at Mulder Design. "The naval architecture and engineering would be completed elsewhere but our holistic understanding of those elements ensures a project which is not only aesthetically stunning but also firmly rooted in reality."
Mulder Design is known for its exterior work on the 39.3-metre Heesen yacht Kartal Yuvasi and the 46.6-metre Hatt Mill, delivered by Vicem in 2012.
