Horizon Yachts has delivered its first 26 metre E81 yacht model, part of the yard’s E Series, to its American owners.
The first hull, which was commissioned by an owner looking to move up from their current yacht, hit the water earlier this year. The second hull in the series, which features an enclosed bridge design, is due for delivery to its American owners in autumn 2021.
The E81 features a flybridge, four-cabin layout and a number of engine options. The first model features an open bridge with a hardtop, glass windshield and open-air helm station.
Elsewhere, the yacht features an al fresco dining area and sunpad at the foredeck.
Fitted in light oak and dark wood accents, the “modern” interior features accommodation for a total of eight guests in a master suite, two guest cabins at port and starboard and a VIP cabin at the bow. The crew quarters allows for a staff of two.
The master suite features an “art nook” housing a sculpture chosen by the owners while a second piece of artwork is found above the bed on the headboard.
Speaking about the new model, director of Horizon Yacht USA Roger Sowerbutts said: “Today’s yacht owner appreciates interior volume and plentiful deck space.
“With the E81, we’ve taken the sleek, ever-popular E Series profile and given her a beamy hull that accommodates a wide range of engine options while not compromising on performance or draft.”
