Italian yard Maiora has delivered a 30.5 metre superyacht named Eden, the fifth hull and “walk-around version” of its Maiora 30 series.
The yacht is characterised by its large outdoor areas and convenient side walkways, allowing guests easy access from bow to stern.
Designed in-house, Eden features a 120 square metre flybridge that was intentionally left bare.
According to the yard, the flybridge “is totally free of any obstacles, making it a perfect place to sunbathe or relax under the stars.” Eden is the only unit of the range to feature a five-person Jacuzzi on her flybridge.

Aft, an entrance to the saloon can be opened up which creates an entirely uninterrupted open space. Stairs lead towards a fully-equipped beach club, sunbathing area and swim platform.
Elsewhere the stern hosts a garage that holds a six metre tender and countless water toys.
Moving inside, the custom interiors make the most of Eden’s 7.5 metre beam and were designed with direct input from the owner.
Eden accommodates eight guests in four cabins, with twin MTU diesel engines providing a top speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots.
