Italian builder Amer Yachts has launched its new 35.5 metre flagship at the Permare Group shipyard in Liguria, Italy.
The Amer 120 is set to be delivered in October 2021 and has been designed to be used either as a private yacht or vessel for charter.
Built on speculation in GRP, the yacht features an exterior designed in-house by Permare with interiors penned by Stefano Tini.
With a beam of 7.7 metres, accommodation on board is for ten guests in five cabins. Power comes from four Volvo Penta 1350 engines for a top speed of 28 knot and a cruising speed of 24 knots. Its propulsion system is complete with a Seakeeper gyroscopic stabiliser and Humphree fins.
Interior renderings show an open plan main saloon with a lounge upon entry and a forward dining table that seats a total of 10 guests. Elsewhere, large windows on both the main deck and lower deck cabins reward guests with ocean views and plenty of natural light.
The Amer 120 is set to make its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival this week.
In 2019, the yard pledged to ditch fibreglass for more sustainable materials at that year’s Genoa International Boat Show.
