34m Westport motor yacht Elysian sold

25 April 2024 • Written by Nick Jeffery

The 34.1-metre Elysian has been sold with Mike Strassel of RJC Yachts representing the seller and Wes Sanford and Sean Doyle of Northrop & Johnson acting on behalf of the buyer.

Built in GRP by Westport in 2005, the raised pilot motor yacht is a fine example of this popular USA-constructed Westport 112 series.

Elysian was last asking $4,995,000.

Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms, while further quarters allow for up to four crew. The full-beam master suite, with his and hers bathrooms, is positioned on the lower deck and entered via double doors from a lobby. The VIP cabin is reached via a separate staircase forward of the galley.

This layout frees up space on the main deck for a large saloon with a formal dining area, plus an open plan galley with its own informal dining table with bench seating forward.

The flybridge sports a Jacuzzi, bar and barbecue grill. Twin sunpads aft of the al fresco dining space complete the scene. Her aft deck can be enclosed with removable panels and is air-conditioned.

The 208GT yacht, with recently repainted bottom, cruises at a useful 24 knots and has a top speed of 28 knots under twin 2000hp MTU 16V 2000 diesel engines.

Elysian was last asking $4,995,000.
