The 29-metre Sunseeker motor yacht S-Cape has been sold with Mark Elliott of IYC representing the seller and Nicholas Scherb of 26 North Yachts introducing the buyer.
Designed in-house and built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker in 2017, her interior and exterior were upgraded in 2022.
S-Cape's accommodation is for a party of up to 10 and includes a duplex master cabin on the main deck forward, with its bathroom on the lower level, plus four guest cabins, two double and two twins. There are quarters for a crew of four.
S-Cape's bright saloon, with large windows, has wooden soles and boasts a formal dining area forward with an eight-seater gloss-varnished table.
The flybridge hardtop incorporates a retractable canvas sunroof. Up here is a wet bar, barbecue and guest seating around a circular table aft. Al fresco dining is possible at the sundeck's rectangular table or the large aft deck table.
The foredeck sports tilt-up sunpads, overlooked by the flybridge helm station, as well as a seating area towards the bow.
The 101GT, RINA-classed yacht is powered by twin 2,000hp MTU diesels, giving her a top speed of 26 knots and cruising speed of 22 knots. Her range is 1,250 nautical miles.
S-Cape was asking $4,750,000 and lying in Fort Lauderdale, USA.
