The 26.3 metre Sunseeker motor yacht Maxxx has been sold in-house by Fraser with Fraser Asia Pacific representing the seller and Fraser Australia introducing the new owner.
Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International, Maxxx was delivered in 2009 as one of the yard’s popular Sunseeker 86 Yacht models. Fitted out in Sunseeker’s trademark black American walnut paneling, she accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite amidships, a forward VIP suite and two twins that can be converted into double queen sized cabins, all with large windows and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, the aft port guest cabin has a door into the lobby so that it can be used as a day head.
The open plan saloon has a lounge with a entertainment centre including a 50 inch Pioneer television screen on a rise and fall mechanism along with a Bose surround sound system, and has a sitting room area plus a galley with a custom bar and wine cooler. The aft cockpit is fitted out for al fresco entertaining and dining with comfortable seating, a table and a wet bar while the flybridge has a Jacuzzi tub, sunbathing area and a crane allowing the tender and jet ski to be lowered into the water.
Further features include a retractable hard top and tropical air conditioning. Twin 1,825hp Caterpillar engines power her to 30 knots and she is fitted with Trac digital fin stabilizers.
Maxxx was asking $2,350,000.
