The 25.84 metre motor yacht Wine Down, listed for sale by Alexander Marine, has been sold with James Nason at Fraser Yachts representing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Ocean Alexander, Wine Down was delivered in 2010 as one of the yard’s 80’ models. The décor throughout is in Sakura wood paneling and joinery with soft vinyl headlining accommodating six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed, a VIP suite with a queen sized bed and a twin cabin, all with LCD television sets and full en suite bathroom facilities.
The open plan saloon has a lounge area fitted with over sized settees in custom fabrics, a bar, ice maker, wine cooler and an entertainment centre including a 42 inch LCD Pioneer television and there is Crestron remote control audio throughout. Forward is a formal dining area for six guests.
The aft deck has built in upholstered GRP seating and an oval table for al fresco entertaining and dining, and has steps leading down to the swim platform with a shower and a stainless steel ladder down to the sea. More outdoor relaxation is available on the flybridge, equipped with two helm chairs, a seating area, bar, ice maker and barbecue along with a custom GRP hard top. A 13’ Nautica tender with its 50hp Yamaha outboard motor was included in the sale while twin 1,500hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 21 knots.
Lying in Newport Beach, California, Wine Down was asking $2,750,000.
