The 29.6 metre Nordhavn motor yacht Lacey Kay, listed for sale by Worth Avenue Yachts, has received a price reduction of $700,000.
Lacey Kay was built in GRP by Nordhavn to ABS class and delivered in 2017 as a long-range cruising yacht. She has 60,000 nautical miles under her keel, so she is equipped for far-flung adventures with the help of three generators, two independent steering systems and capacity to carry up to 9,250 gallons of fuel.
Entering the main deck saloon from the aft deck, guests will find a sophisticated interior with walnut wood, custom stone floors, and granite countertops. The saloon is home to an L-shaped sofa to port with four armchairs with a large television screen on a high-low lift. A formal dining area and open galley are found further forward.
On the bridge level is a pilothouse that features a commanding view for navigating and is complemented by a full array of electronics, Stidd helm chairs, custom seating, and a table.
Accommodation is for nine guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite on the upper deck, full-beam VIP suite, two convertible doubles and a single cabin. All cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
Twin 450hp diesel engines enable a cruising speed of nine knots topping out at 12 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Lacey Kay is now asking $10,500,000.
