A message arrives from Jared Neff at Neff Yacht Sales to say that Michael Zaidan has sold the 27.5m motor yacht La Sirena to a direct client.

Built by Broward and launched in 1984 – and refitted in 2003 – she features a large cockpit with a fighting chair, bait station, barbecue and ice maker. A full width saloon in earth tones has a wet bar and cocktail areas facing a 33 speaker custom surround sound entertainment centre with a Panasonic 42 inch HD television screen.

Accommodation is for up to eight guests in a full beam master suite aft fitted with four cedar lined wardrobes plus two identical twin cabins forward, each with a Pullman berth. All staterooms have flat screen televisions screens and full en suite bathroom facilities. Twin Detroit Diesel 8V 92T1 engines give her a cruising speed of 10.5 knots and maximum speed of 14 knots.

La Sirena was asking $495,000.
