The 30.6-metre motor yacht, Zout, has had a €1,000,000 price drop with joint central agents Mathieu Bardon of Worth Avenue Yachts and Grégory Gheraia and Benjamin Parratte of BlackOrange Yachts.
Zout was delivered in 2022 as part of the Maiora 30 Convertible series from Italian yard NEXT Yacht Group. Designed in-house, the model builds on the same platform as the Maiora 30 Walkaround but with an enclosed upper-deck lounge offering greater internal volume and an additional rooftop sunbathing area.
Full-height glass doors connect the skylounge to 120 square metres of functional outdoor space shared between the aft and forward social areas. Meanwhile, floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the main deck saloon invite plenty of natural light into the yacht's Fossati Design Bureau interiors.
Accommodation is for 12 guests across five cabins, including the main deck master complete with a Hammam fashioned out of Calacatta marble. A pair of double cabins and two twin cabins with pullman berths are found below, all with en suite bathrooms, with further space for up to five crew.
According to the brokers, Zout boasts one of the largest internal volumes for yachts of her size, creating ample space for standout features such as the lower deck sauna and transverse tender garage. The bow conceals an additional garage and davit used to store and carry two full-size Jet Skis.
A pair of 2,600hp MTU 16V M96L power this yacht for sale to a top speed of 26 knots (pared back to 22 knots while cruising) with zero speed stabilisers for added comfort.
Lying in Viareggio, Italy, Zout is now asking €7,900,000. She is not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
