$3M price reduction on 60m Lürssen motor yacht Bella Vita

17 February 2025 • Written by Dea Jusufi and Emily Dawkins

The 60-metre Lürssen motor yacht Bella Vita, on the market with joint central agents Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates and Vladimir Tupikov of Eastwind Yachts, has received a $3,000,000 price reduction. This announcement comes exactly two months after a previous reduction of $5,000,000 was made to her sales listing.

Bella Vita underwent complete refits in 2021 and 2024 and demonstrates a "Lürssen quality throughout", according to the brokers. They added that the motor yacht is an "excellent turnkey vessel for family cruising" thanks to her fantastic open deck and well-laid interior space.

Bella Vita is now asking $49,500,000

Designed by Espen Øino, Bella Vita was built by German yard Lürssen to Lloyd’s class and launched in 2010 as Katie Sue II. A sharp, contemporary interior by Glade Johnson features handcrafted woods, contrasting fabrics and clever lighting throughout.

Bella Vita sleeps 12 guests in six double cabins, all with king-size beds. The full-beam master suite is on the main deck and the VIP stateroom is on the bridge deck, while four further guest cabins (two double and two twin) are on the lower deck. All have en suite bathrooms and the latest entertainment systems. There are further quarters for 15 crew.

Her sundeck has a bar, lounge and Jacuzzi alongside a fully equipped gymnasium with cardio machines and free weights. Other special features include a full disco with laser lights, DJ mixing decks and a smoke machine.

Twin Caterpillar 3512B engines give the yacht for sale a cruising speed of 12 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.

Bella Vita is now asking $49,500,000 and lying in West Palm Beach, Florida.
