Further price reduction on superyacht Lazy Z at Merle Wood

12 November 2010 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

June 4th saw me report a $4.5 million drop in price of the 51.4m motor yacht Lazy Z, a central listing with Merle Wood and Peter Croke at Merle Wood & Associates, and now news arrives of another cut, this time of $1.5 million.

Lazy Z was built by Oceanco in 1997 to Lloyds class and has been refitted several times, most recently in 2010. Her main saloon is a formal, sophisticated entertaining area while the spacious skylounge provides a more relaxed and tranquil ambience. MCA compliant, this superyacht accommodates 12 guests in a split-level owner’s suite on the main deck plus three double and two twin staterooms. Two 1714hp MTU engines give her a range of 3,800 nautical miles at 12 knots and her asking price is now $21 million.
