The 28.83 metre motor yacht IV Tranquility, listed for sale with Chris June at Worth Avenue Yachts, has had a further $50,000 price cut.
Launched in 2001 by American yard Lazzara, she has a contemporary raised pilothouse styling and very spacious interior. With her seven metre beam and 15,000 litre fuel capacity she is capable of straight runs north and south along the Florida coastline.
Accommodation is in three staterooms, as well as a private den/study located just off the master stateroom, which can comfortably sleep two extra guests, making a total of eight in the owner’s party. This extra room was available from the factory as either a study or a fourth stateroom with head and can easily be converted back to a stateroom.
Main features include a spacious flybridge with Jacuzzi, bar and grill, a raised pilothouse, which has excellent sight lines. She also possesses an elegant saloon and spacious aft deck, with transom storage lockers for carrying Jet Skis. The large galley is fitted in a country kitchen style with a large U-shaped dining table. There is high-gloss cherry wood finish throughout the interior of the vessel, which was updated by Lazzara Yachts in 2014 to include 100 per cent new padded ceiling panels on both levels.
The captain’s cabin is located forward of the galley and down to port. It has a full entertainment system. The crew’s quarters are forward of this. The flybridge is accessed by four stairs from the pilothouse.
Her full-beam engine room contains twin MTU DDC 12V 2000s engines that allow for a cruising speed of 21 knots, topping out at 25 knots.
Currently lying in Miami Beach, IV Tranquility is now asking $2,295,000
