The 38.8-metre Hoek-designed sailing yacht Atalante has joined the market with Piet van der Weide of Hoek Brokerage.
Atalante was delivered in 2015 as the only Truly Classic TC128 built by Dutch yard Claasen. Her aluminium hull was constructed at Bloemsma, also situated in the Netherlands.
Atalante picked up a Neptune for Best Sailing Yacht (30 to 40 metres) at the 2016 World Superyacht Awards. She has had regular preventative maintenance, including a full rig inspection in 2024.
Both design and naval architecture are by Hoek Design Naval Architects and she has demonstrated her capabilities in superyacht regattas as well as while chartering to families.
The performance cruising sloop has accommodation for an owner's party of six in three cabins, comprising a master cabin aft, connected to the aft deckhouse, plus one double and one twin forward of the saloon. There are quarters for a crew of four to five. Interior craftsmanship and woodwork is outstanding and the ambience is one of secure comfort, while also having the ability to view the surroundings or action on deck from the deckhouse.
Guests will also feel well protected in the dedicated guest cockpit, with Bimini overhead, attached to a stainless steel frame. A single helm station is positioned right aft forward of which is a further U-shaped navigation cockpit seating arrangement, also protected by a Bimini. This is connected to the aft navigation deckhouse that doubles as an office.
A single 433hp diesel engine provides auxiliary power for the ABS-classed, 126GT yacht for sale, which has a draft of 4.5 metres. She boasts a carbon mast and Park Avenue boom by Offshore Spars plus carbon rigging. Guests may step aboard her teak decks easily from the tender thanks to her side boarding ladder.
Atalante is asking €13,250,000 and is moored near the Monaco Yacht Show.
