The 25 metre motor yacht Patience, listed for sale by Kevin Frawley at Denison Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Frank Ricchi at United Yacht Sales.
Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, Patience was delivered in 1982 with a full refit in 2015. The refit included a three metre extension to her current size, an exterior paint job, upgrades to the electronics and audio/visual equipment, and a new interior. Accommodation is for seven guests in three cabins comprising a master suite with a king size bed and two large guest cabins, all completely refitted in 2015 and all with television screens and en suite bathrooms.
Patience features a full width saloon fitted with freestanding furniture, coffee tables and a bar. Forward is the traditional Broward country kitchen complete with marble counter tops and an L-shaped dining area, a favoured spot to enjoy a casual snack. She also offers a large, open aft deck with comfortable furniture and shaded by a varnished teak roof leading down to a swim platform, making this area ideal for lounging, dining or water sports.
At the centre of the forward flybridge console is the upper helm with an array of electronics under a teak and plexiglass cover. There are two Stidd cushioned custom helm chairs, looking forward over the curved, aluminum framed plexiglass windscreen. A large GRP hard top covers the forward half of the flybridge, with built-in aluminium seating for al fresco dining surrounding the large mast island, plus storage and a u-line refrigerator/freezer. Twin 650hp Detroit Diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
Patience was asking $949,000.
