The 40.8-metre Benetti motor yacht LexSea has been sold with Marine Marketing as central agent for the seller and both Alain Auvare and Dennis Frederiksen of Fraser representing the buyer.
Built in GRP in Italy by Benetti in 2022, the Oasis 40 model was designed by RWD with an interior by Bonetti/Kozerski. Naval architecture is by Benetti and Pierluigi Ausonio.
Accommodation for a party of 10 comprises a master cabin, forward on the main deck, plus two VIP doubles and two twin cabins on the lower deck. LexSea's crew quarters include a captain's cabin – aft of the wheel-less wheelhouse with its full-height windows – and four twin-bunked cabins, on the lower deck, forward of the laundry and crew mess.
The Oasis design features a pool aft and fold-down bulwarks that make for a wide and spacious aft deck when at rest. This deck leads into the circular saloon, with sliding semi-circular doors allowing it to become one vast indoor-outdoor space. The transversely-positioned 12-seater dining table is positioned forward, featuring large windows port and starboard. Up a level, LexSea's skylounge – with 10-seater dining table to starboard – opens out to inviting seating and a smaller breakfast table aft.
Al fresco dining may be taken at the extendable dining table on the sundeck. A sit-up bar is positioned forward with views ahead over the large sunpad. Aft, there is a large seating area with comfortably-upholstered loose furniture and a pair of low tables, perfect for cocktails.
The 386GT, RINA-classed yacht achieves a top speed of 17 knots under twin 1,400hp MANs. Cruising speed is 13 knots. Her inventory includes a Williams dieseljet tender, stowed transversely in the garage, and a pair of Seabobs.
Lying in Bodrum, Turkey, LexSea was asking €23,500,000.
