The 38.1 metre Benetti motor yacht Lejos 3, jointly listed for sale by Camper & Nicholsons International with Merle Wood & Associates, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Boomer Jousma and Vittoria Santarone of The Italian Yacht Group.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini, she was delivered in 2017 as the fourth in the yard’s Fast 125 series and is characterized by its versatility, speed, fuel efficiency, and comfort. An interior by RWD in satin finished oak provides accommodation for ten guests split between five staterooms, including a main-deck master suite and two VIP suites plus two twin cabins below decks. All guest cabins aboard this yacht for sale have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
Communal spaces on board range from the main-deck saloon/dining area to the smaller upper deck saloon and the all-important sun deck, which has been fitted with a swimming pool. A second pool has been fitted in the foredeck seating area.
Power comes from a Rolls-Royce Azipull system and a pair of 2,600hp MTU 12V2000 M94 engines, which combine with the D2P hull form by naval architect Pierluigi Ausonio to ensure a comfortable cruising experience across a wide range of speeds.
She tops out at 24 knots, but when trimmed back to her cruising speed of 12 knots, she boasts a maximum cruising range of 1,750 nautical miles, drawing on a total fuel capacity of 25,000 litres.
Lejos 3 was asking $15,975,000.
