The 45.01 metre motor yacht Scout, listed for sale with Stuart Larsen and Josh Gulbranson at Fraser, has been sold in an in-house deal with Georges Bourgoignie introducing the buyer.
Delivered in 2012 by RMK Marine, she was built to a Ron Holland Design and is Lloyd's MCA classed with a steel hull, an aluminium superstructure and teak decks. Both the interior and exterior spaces were styled by Design Unlimited.
Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in five en-suite cabins, which includes a master cabin on the bridge deck, two king size cabins below and two twin cabins – each of the latter have a Pullman berth. There is also accommodation for up to 12 crew members in six double cabins.
Her contemporary main saloon boasts large windows, two light grey sofas and two armchairs centred around a glass coffee table – aft is a small dining table for six and a drinks bar. Alternatively, a large dining room with vast windows is the perfect spot for evening meals.
On the aft deck, there are two small tables that can be converted into a larger dining space, sided with comfortable sofas. The 'Bark Park', specifically designed for dogs on board, lies on the bridge deck and features faux grass and a lounge area for guests. The sundeck boasts a Jacuzzi and sunpads with optional yellow bimini, as well as an al fresco dining table and a cocktail bar forward.
Twin 1300hp diesel Caterpillar C32 engines allow for a maximum speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with a range of 3,000 miles.
Scout was asking $15,900,000.
