The 39.6 metre motor yacht Libertas, listed for sale by Konstantinos Ladas at SSH Maritime, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Vangelis Filiadis at IYC.
Built by Italy's CRN yard to a design by Zuccon International Project and MCA compliant, Libertas was delivered in 2009 and is the fifth hull in the yard's Custom Line series. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins including a main deck master suite. Two VIP staterooms have en suite facilities with double sinks, bath tubs, marble counter tops and have complete entertainment systems. The two twin cabins are also en suite and all bathrooms have marble flooring. Crew quarters sleep up to eight members of staff.
Wooden panelling throughout Libertas is in satin-finished Canaletto walnut, offsetting white fabrics and stainless steel detailing. The spacious main saloon has couches to port and starboard, and a glass coffee table. Further forward is the formal dining area that can be separated from the lounge via a sliding door.
Power comes from twin 2,735hp MTU engines and her fast planing hull gives a cruising speed of 19 knots and maximum speed of 24 knots. There are five Mitsubishi anti roll stabilisers to provide maximum comfort at sea and in port while each of the two 80kW Kohler generators provides sufficient power to run the entire yacht.
Libertas was asking $7,499,000.
