Turkish yard Sarp Yachts has announced the addition of a raised pilothouse model to its XSR series. The first hull has already been sold with launch expected in summer 2025.
Known as the XSR 85 RPH, Red Yacht Design and Van Oossanen Naval Architects have been named as collaborators on the new 25.9-metre model. The yacht sets itself apart from previous iterations of the XSR series with its "more expansive interior and exterior spaces", including larger, open-plan living areas, sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Accommodation is across five cabins, including a main deck master cabin with its own private bow terrace. Leisure highlights include al fresco dining on the sundeck and lounge spaces on the main deck aft and swim platform, with the shipyard confirming the use of custom furniture throughout.
"The XSR 85 RPH represents the culmination of our collaborative efforts with Red Yacht Design, combining cutting-edge technology with exquisite design to create a yacht that redefines luxury living on the seas," said Elkin Yıldırım, general manager of Sarp Yachts. "With increased space and comfort, this version is a game-changer for the XSR Series," he added.
"This model, with its enhanced interior and exterior spaces, represents the future of yachting," continued Fatih Surekli, Managing Director of Red Yacht Design. "Our collaboration with Sarp Yachts has allowed us to push the boundaries of design and engineering even further, resulting in a vessel that exudes elegance and sophistication."
This follows the news that construction is progressing on Sarp Yachts' 62-metre Project Nacre. The superyacht is listed for sale with Denison Yachting and is awaiting a client before outfitting can be completed.
