Sanlorenzo has delivered the 47.2-metre explorer yacht M from its facilities in La Spezia, Italy. According to BOATPro, the superyacht is now anchored off the coast of Sardinia ahead of her debut at this year's Monaco Yacht Show.
M is the eleventh unit in the Italian shipyard's 500Exp series and follows in the footsteps of the first unit Ocean Dreamwalker III which was delivered in 2018. The Francesco Paszkowski-designed series is an evolution of the 460Exp and includes an extended aft deck with the ability to land a small helicopter and carry a greater number of watertoys.
Construction began in 2022 with the yacht sold to a buyer represented by TWW Yachts the following year.
Accommodation is for 10 guests and nine crew, including a main deck master suite with lounge seating and a drop-down terrace over the sea. Imagery is undisclosed but renderings reveal a bright, contemporary interior aesthetic which incorporates curved furniture and abstract patterned wall panels and carpets. The main saloon features sofa seating, armchairs and a central bar, while floor-to-ceiling windows on the main and upper deck invite ample natural light.
The indoor garage can accommodate a seven-metre tender and has additional openings which increase the beach area and provide easier access to the water. An observation deck, sundeck bar, and several al fresco dining and lounging spots complete the list of leisure amenities on board M.
Key numbers include a 9.6-metre beam, a draft of 2.75 metres and a maximum speed of 15 knots.
This follows the delivery of Sanlorenzo's first fuel-cell powered superyacht, Almax, which is also debuting at this year's Monaco Yacht Show.
