The first renderings of the 49.5-metre Feadship Project 717 have been released by her central agency, Edmiston. The superyacht has been kept tightly under wraps until this point and was last sighted in July 2024 while on transport to Aalsmeer, the Netherlands for outfitting. Delivery is scheduled for March 2026.
Exterior design is angular and low-profiled, with Studio De Voogt touches including a vertical bow and a long, narrow strip of glazing across her superstructure. Meanwhile, interiors are the work of American studio Marty Lowe, with newly released renderings revealing a pale, pared-back aesthetic that incorporates bright lighting and granite-esque panelling.
Accommodation is across five cabins, including a main deck owner's suite with a walk-in wardrobe, separate desk space and lounge seating. There are further quarters for six crew (not including the captain), with all cabins located on the lower deck.
Major social hubs include the main deck aft – which features a dip pool and sunloungers – and the sundeck, in which the helm station is backed by a 14-person dining table and a sofa lounge. Other design highlights include a sequestered, formal dining area and storage for a 6.2-metre guest tender, with further details to be released as the build progresses.
According to BOATPro, the yacht has been built entirely in aluminium and has a volume of 484GT. Her naval architecture is owed to Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects.
Edmiston has managed several key Feadship builds in the last year, including the 75.8-metre One and Project 821, the world's first fuel-cell superyacht. The latter completed her sea trials in November 2024 and is currently awaiting delivery to a new owner.
