ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has announced the sale of a new custom 66-metre superyacht to be built in the yard's Ancona facility.
The unnamed project will see the yard reunite with Studio Vallicelli for the exterior and studio Alberto Pinto for the interior, with the same team having previously collaborated on ISA's 66-metre Okto in 2014.
The yacht will feature a steel hull and aluminium superstructure with naval architecture by Palumbo. According to the yard, the ISA Custom 66 will be characterised by a dynamic profile in addition to ISA's signature three arches connecting each of the main decks.
Expected highlights onboard include a beach club with opening platforms to reveal a large living area housing a gym, lounge and spa.
"This new construction is the result of the constant work that our shipyard has undertaken since 2016 when we acquired the Ancona facility together with the ISA brand," said Giuseppe Palumbo, founder and director.
The yacht has been sold to a European owner with an unspecified delivery date.
Giuseppe also used the occasion to draw attention to the Group's "many exciting challenges" ahead, such as multiple yachts currently under construction at the shipyard including two ISA 80-metre projects, two ISA 66-metre projects and a Columbus custom 50-metre yacht with hybrid propulsion.
