Taiwanese yard Horizon Yachts has launched the 22nd hull in its popular FD90 fast displacement series.
The 27.45 metre yacht is the first in the series to feature a JUNG automation system, which allows the owner to control lighting, window treatments, audio and aircon through a phone or an iPad.
Constructed in GRP to a design by Cor D. Rover and defined by its plumb bow, the tri-deck yacht possesses a beam of 7.1 metres and an internal volume of 185GT.
Stand out amenities include a fully equipped beach club with a bar and lounge settee that converts into a bed.
Elsewhere, the yacht features a cosy enclosed skylounge aft, which is accessed along a painted feature wall. The main saloon hosts a large sofa and armchair alongside a dining table for six guests and a glass cabinet. The area is defined by large glass windows on either side, affording guests a clear view of the ocean.
The aft deck features a convertible coffee table, which hints at the “contemporary Art Deco vibe within the interior” according to the yard.
Accommodation on board can sleep eight guests in four staterooms, including a main deck master suite with its own in-built ‘love-seat’, two VIP staterooms amidships and a twin cabin on the lower deck. Crew quarters for a team of four are located aft of the engine room.
Twin MAN V12 engines power the yacht to a top speed of 19.4 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots.
