Taiwan-based yard Horizon Yachts has announced that it has completed the delivery of its latest RP120 yacht to a repeat customer.
The boatbuilder prides itself on customer satisfaction and this latest delivery is a case in point as it is the owner’s third Horizon. This 37.19 metre motor yacht has a shallow draught of just 2.03 metres and the owner plans to put this to good use, with South Florida and Bahamas cruising planned.
The Horizon RP120 features exterior styling by long-time yard collaborator Juan Carlos Espinosa, while Italian designer Luca Dini created the interior décor, which is described as “contemporary and elegant”.
Accommodation is for up to ten guests split across five cabins including a main-deck master suite that makes good use of the RP120’s 7.98 metre beam. Four further guest cabins on the lower deck are arranged as two doubles and two twins, while the crew quarters are situated aft of the engine room.
Communal areas include an open-plan saloon with separate areas for lounging and dining. Up on the superyacht sundeck, guest can choose to relax on the aft sunloungers, in the circular spa pool or under the shade of the retractable hardtop.
Power comes from a pair of 1,900hp Caterpillar C32A engines, while the total fuel reserve of 30,000 litres ensures that extended cruising is possible without needing to fill up.
Other superyacht projects currently under development at the Taiwanese yard include the 27.46 metre Skyline, which is due for delivery in early 2018.
