Black Pearl Under Sail
Black Pearl is equipped with a pair of MTU 12V2000M72 diesel engines but it’s when the yacht is under sail that Black Pearl truly comes into its own. Three 70 metre DynaRig carbon masts provide 2,900 metres of sail. The result is a top speed of 30 knots.
Black Pearl From Above
Black Pearl has often been compared to the 88 metre Perini Navi yacht Maltese Falcon. Both yachts feature a DynaRig and were designed by Ken Freivokh and Dykstra Naval Architects. Freivokh and Dykstra designed Black Pearl in collaboration with Nuvolari Lenard, BMT Nigel Gee and Gerard P. Villate.
Black Pearl From the Water
The tri-deck sailing yacht Black Pearl is built from steel hull and aluminium superstructure and features a cavernous 2,700GT thanks to a wide 15 metre beam.
Black Pearl From Below
First sold by Moran Yacht & Ship in 2012, Black Pearl features total accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins.
Black Pearl Arriving in Amsterdam
