The 50-metre Westport motor yacht Hospitality has been sold with Matthew Stone of IYC representing both buyer and seller. The yacht will also be available for charter with IYC.
Hospitality was built by Westport to ABS classification and delivered as a Westport 164 model in 2011. Her interior was designed by Donald Starkey and she has had a number of refits, most recently in 2021, which the broker said involved enhancements to her machinery, technical spaces, interior and exterior.
Hospitality's accommodation is for a party of 16 guests in seven cabins, the owner's suite, unusually, being on the bridge deck, with a private balcony, with a VIP suite and twin cabin on the main deck and three doubles below.
Deck spaces are big enough to host large events and also provide ample opportunity for guests to socialise or find a private area. She has several al fresco dining spaces, as well as a sundeck with a Jacuzzi, spa pool and barbecue — an excellent space for lounging and entertaining.
Her 4,000 nautical-mile range makes her ideal for long-distance cruising and she has spent two years exploring the Pacific Ocean from Central America to Australia and beyond.
The main saloon is warm and elegant with two large sofas to port and starboard, while the entertainment centre includes a 50-inch wide-screen plasma television that rises out of the forward cabinet. Further forward, a formal dining table in sapele wood with mahogany accents seats up to 12 guests.
The broker also noted that Hospitality is "heli-capable with touch-and-go-capabilities".
With a 25-knot top speed, the yacht can eat up the miles to get to any destination quicker than most similarly-sized vessels – ready to invite guests on board to enjoy some hospitality over her ample deck spaces.
Hospitality was asking $29,750,000.
